Our History
The Hardin Hotel was built and opened in 1929 and has operated as a hotel
everyday since then.
The hotel was originally built to accommodate the produce buyers visiting Calhoun County to purchase our locally grown goods.
The hotel initially had 19 guest rooms on two floors as well as living quarters for the owner. Over the years the building has been updated and today we offer 9 guest rooms all with private bathrooms, air conditioning and cable TV. Each room is unique in layout and decoration. Enjoy our continental breakfast every morning in the kitchenette. All rooms are non-smoking.
